This article shows the evaluation results of an experimental model of limestone bedrock, at the laboratory level, as alternative primary therapy for adjusting the hydrogen potential (pH) of the wastewater produced in the wet coffee mill technified "Nuevo Sendero" in the harvest period 2012-2013. The evaluation results of the experimental model showed that limestone is possible to obtain variations in pH in the range varying from 0.29 to 2.30 pH units. Thus experimental model limestone bedrock allows adjustment of pH coffee honey water from an initial value of 4.83 pH units to a value of 7.43 pH units, by varying the average height within limestone bed and upward flow rate, also known as hydraulic head available. Likewise two equations are presented experimental data developed the model evaluated height linking limestone through the upward flow velocity and the change or adjustment of pH honey water with these equations is feasible to design beds limestone from a required pH.
