State Modernization from the Legislative Agenda

The present article seeks to give coherence to the movement and efervessence that is displayed at the National Congress since January 15th.The leading actors have announced the presence of an alliance moved by vested interests coming from the approval of specific legislation, among other things. In order to give coherence to the public administration for the future, the civil service and the procurement law are key factors to mobilize resources and results. This article puts us in tune with this modernizing airs.
